Love of our lives

you knowwwwwww, I was suuuuuuuper moody day that night :(
and then i was throwing tantrums for no apparent reason, and i didn't feel like talking to anybody

and then baby reminded me that i haven't had SUPPER!!!!!!!!

and then i went to cook Cheese Ramen! hhehehe :p
you can buy it at Korean Shine Supermarket anyway ^^








Cheese Ramen isn't gonna satisfy me, unless you add another piece of CHEESEEEEEEEEE

fat like siao but damn shiok!!!




I think that food and happiness is Positively Related
the more you eat the happier you get (but obviously there's a limit to it)

i don't think it's necessary to be stick thin cause what's the point of being stick thin if you're unhappy? :/
like you see people tweet stuff like "YAY FOOD!!!" or "EATING SMTHSMTH SHIOK NOW!!! :D"
but you don't see people tweet "YAY I'M STARVING!!!" or "YAY HUNGER PANGS!!!"
cause it's really not a good feeling :s

i think the most important thing is to be happy.
and i'm not asking you to over eat till you become severely obese cause obesity may lead to potential health problems, just as being too skinny would too.
i'm just saying eat an appropriate amount when you need to eat. and be happy!

no point starving yourself when you feel unhappy cause when you starve yourself
the next time you touch food the urge to binge is even stronger, and you might actually gain more weight?

like when i was in Taiwan, I was gorging myself with the night market's snacks (we're talking deep fried high calories stuff here) EVERY NIGHT, and i thought i was gonna be 45kg for sure, and then i weighed myself i was 40kg HAHAHAHAH

now i'm back to 42kg or so
actually... IDK WHAT HAPPENED EITHER!!!
either my weighing machine was faulty or my body is quite screwed. like the more i eat the more my weight doesn't increase hahah

aiyah but my point is,
just as how when YOU ARE IN A HURRY, NEED A CAB, cabs NEVER appear
and when you're strolling on the road enjoying the cool evening breeze (or not) you see vacant cabs EVERYWHERE,
when you want to lose weight, your body doesn't cooperate
but when you don't intend for it to happen, it just happens. somehow!

K SO BE HAPPY AND JUST EAT IF YOU'RE HUNGRY LA
don't be stupid and starve yourself, not worth the unhappiness!
BUT DON'T OVEREAT UNTIL YOU EXPLODE
cause i will not be held responsible for that~~~~~

ANYWAY IF YOU WANNA LOSE WEIGHT,
i think retail therapy helps!!
it's like the most enjoyable exercise ever!!!

hahahah i think the only weights girls don't mind carrying is heavy shopping bags full of chio clothes,
the only roads girls are willing to run on or spending HOURS walking on are those at shopping centres,
and the only hand-eye coordination exercise girls are good at is finding the best pieces at the Sales section.
apart from that many girls fail in sports hahaha
like how I can't seem to coordinate my limbs when someone throws a netball at me and i end up trying to dodge it :x

so anyway,
